Azuro is recruiting a candidate that will have a double role in the ICT Datawarehousing Department:
- Scrum Master over a team of +- 5 people, and
- Act as an IT Projectmanager in specific change projects

Our client is an insurance company that is investing heavily in digitalization and data intelligence. They are a forerunner in its sector in this domain.
The datawarehousing team is playing a central part in all these strategic evolutions. The datawarehousing team manages the data architecture, delivers data and integrates data with various innovative solutions, originating from the most diverse ecosystems.
The datawarehouse team consist of +- 15 employees (functional analysts, technical analysts, developers).
As scrum master, you will organize the teamwork during the development and ensure follow-up of the project, from scoping to delivering. You will work closely together with the Product Owners, but also with other project teams.
Besides that, you will also take on the role of ICT projectmanager in specific change projects.
Your tasks will consist of:
- You coach and organise your team ( Agile / Scrum methods).
- You will facilitate the Scrum ceremonies.
- You support the Product Owners in developing and updating the product backlog.
- You manage the tools, necessary for planning and monitoring the teamwork.
- You motivate and inspire the team.
- You coach the team to help them grow and overcome obstacles.
- You ensure continuous innovation and improvement.

Wat verwachten wij
- Master degree, or equivalent by experience.
- Dutch or French speaking, with a very good knowledge of English.
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience (or more!) as: a functional analyst with experience in scrum/agile, OR: you have earlier experience as a Scrum Master or IT Projectmanager.
- Experience in the insurance sector or in Datawarehousing is a plus.
