Azuro is recruiting a Strategy Advisor Insurance for an insurance company:
What are you going to do
You will be working in a team of +- 5 people.
The team is responsible for defining and formalizing the strategic plan and for spreading knowledge about the strategic plan throughout the organisation.
Furthermore, the team assists in the implementation of the strategic plan by managing the portfolio of programs and projects, and supervising the follow-up on points and priorities within the business plan.
The team designs and implements governance methods and tools to allow the follow-up of the strategic plan, and they intervene in or take charge of the execution of certain strategic programs and projects.
And finally, they also follow-up on innovations that might be an opportunity or have an impact on the business (insurtech innovations, trends, innovations in the field of data intelligence, artificial intelligence,...).
Your tasks will mainly consist of the following:
- You contribute to the development of Insurance activities as a project manager for strategic projects that require specific short-term support (design, business model, business case building, coordination of the involved teams, follow-up and reporting).
- You coordinate the organization of transversal projects.
- You coordinate and actively participate in the drafting of the business plan, in close collaboration with the person responsible for the business unit and the management team.
- You participate in the development of communication by adapting them to the target groups (executive committee, board of directors, employees ...).
- You are responsible for the governance aspect in order to be able to follow up the plan.

What we expect
- You have a master's degree or equivalent through experience
- You are familiar with the insurance sector.
- You have a good knowledge of Dutch, French and English.
- You have experience in performance management or strategy and have experience in project- and program management.
- You are result-oriented and you attach importance to quality. You learn quickly thanks to your ability to analyze and synthesize.
- You can work independently, but you can also work closely with different teams. You can easily integrate into an existing structure thanks to your relational and network skills.
- You can work fluently with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, ...).
